I did somersaults and was very hard on my wrists, and I know I have to do something for him. So which is better? Or do you know something else?
I lived with chronic wrist more than 10 years. I was in and out of the brakes, cylinders and surgery. I was a leader both in time (but had to quit after previous surgery) and I can tell you that the band bandage was most effective for me. Has been too lenient with the movements wrist, and you can customize stability. When not falling, one pair is definitely the way to go if you feel pain.
