I have 4 red Everlast boxing gloves model # 2926 30 years ago. Is there any value?
The gloves are reserve companies. I have since 30 years and I've never used. I can not find any information on the gloves. Everlast on a plate that is sewn to the doll that has 2926 on the subject. Is it any value? I from boxing and wounder if I should get new gloves (if it's something that's worth).
If not signed by a person, then they are worthless. Everlast has never produced a "signature series" or "limited edition" pair of gloves like Nike is with his sneakers. Besides being only 30 years (1980). If they were the golden age of boxing, as the decade of 1930, 40 or even 50, a boxing fan, you can buy on e-Bay for $ 50 or less. But if I were you I would save and wait to get autographed by a champion who fought in the 80s (many are available within champions IBHOF). Then it would be something worthy. Everlast, or simply call and tell them what they have and see what they have to say about them (to put your mind at rest).
