Where can I find a water aerobics for adults in Philadelphia?
Where can I find a kind of aerobics to adults Philadelphia? I do not want to go to a gym, I just want to take the class.
It will be difficult because most water aerobics classes offered in pools that are associated with gyms. I know LA Fitness in the Philadelphia area with regular water aerobics and I guess the YMCA as well. As probably go the Y and pay a fee per day, but could be expensive after awhile. See if you can get a room through LA Fitness and test your website the class to see if you like. Have to sit through his sales pitch, but it may be worth two weeks of free access for you help them make an informed decision.
