free standing boxing bag
My boxing shake the whole house. Is that bad?
I double bag the end you just put it in my basement. I board nailed a wooden roof structure. I hit the bag as hard as I could and sometimes my aunt who lives on the first floor complained and said I'll losing the ceiling or the floor of the ruin. "I really can ruin the structure of the house hitting the bag hard? I also have a freestanding heavy bag that makes a lot of vibration by the house when it hit me. The bag is in the 2 nd floor porch of my house. I have not used in months, it shakes the house, too. Its a old house. Is that bad? I can not move the heavy bag. But I have no room for double ended bag. Help
